When choosing a company for a major kitchen renovation , you need one that excels in both great communication skills with the customer, manufacturers and subcontractors. Dino meets & exceeds all those expectations. At any point in time during the project , we knew exactly when & how things were to proceed. Any questions we had we just made one call to Dino and it was taking care of. Living in a 100+ year old house & having experienced numerous renovation companies over the years , Ideal Kitchens was by far the easiest & most professional one we have ever had the pleasure to work with . Highly recommended!
Overall, I would rate our experience a 4.8 - far better than a 4 but not quite a 5. Dino was very responsive, he had some excellent design ideas and worked closely with us to develop and execute the final design. The contractors that we used based on his recommendation were excellent resulting in two successful projects. Dino creates great designs, however, small details can sometimes be overlooked. The bottom line is that your chances of having a successful project are greatly enhanced based on the amount of thought, work and attention that you put into the design and the installation in partnership with Ideal Kitchens. Do plenty of research and carefully think about how you want you kitchen to be organized for efficiency as well as comfort and appeal. If I were doing another project, I would definitely use Ideal Kitchens.

Fantastic!! Everything came out exactly as I had wanted. Use their people...counter tops, flooring, plumber, electrician. They have been working together and know when to show up and what to do. There are no delays. And they are all professionals. You could find some cheaper, but they will hold up the project, and you don't want that inconvenience. Dino will send a schedule for the full 5 weeks so you know exactly who is supposed to be there on any given day. It's like clockwork. I'm very happy with the end result. Thanks Dino!
